Delivery Policy


  • All stock available to order on our site will normally ship on the same business day you place your order.

  • Orders for same day shipping close at 12:00pm AEST on business days.

  • All orders after this will go out the very next business day.

  • LOCAL PICK UP – Southport, Queensland ONLY
  •  At this time, the local pick up option is only available at our Gold Coast distribution centre. 
  •  This option is available for our Gold Coast and Brisbane customers only.  Please contact us for a quote.  


  • Shipping times vary depending on where you live however deliveries are generally within 3 – 7 working days. You will be provided with a tracking link by our freight company upon collection from our store.

  • Orders should usually arrive in 2-5 days on the east coast and 5-10 days to WA and regional locations.

  • All stock ships from our distribution centres on the Gold Coast and Melbourne.


We use specialist freight companies to ensure your purchases arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping to most metropolitan destinations is a flat rate fee of $120 for each customer order in major Australian cities. Melbourne has a next day delivery option of $75, which will be available in Sydney later this year.  Regional Melbourne has a next day delivery option of $120.  

Destinations that are remote to the Gold Coast (for example, Western Australia, Darwin) and rural areas can attract higher freight charges. We will contact you after you place your order to give you an accurate delivery charge if you live in a remote or regional area that is not covered by our $220 Regional Shipping fee, before dispatching your order.  Or contact us for an accurate freight quote before ordering. We also have a “leave safe” delivery option, or delivery to a local depot for collection, for a more economical delivery fee of $120, as another option for our regional customers.  Please contact us for more details.


  • All orders shipped by FiSHAW require a signature as proof of delivery.

  • If you authorise our shipping company to leave your order unattended without signing for the delivery you do so at your own risk. FiSHAW and affiliated companies will not be held liable for the loss, theft or misplacement of such orders.


  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain insurance for goods in transit. 

  • Please do NOT accept delivery from the courier if you believe that the package and contents have been damaged in transit.

  • Please do not sign for a package, if you believe it has been damaged in transit, even if the driver asks you to do so.

  • Signing for the package often voids any liability of the shipping company once it has been delivered.

  • Signing for a visibly damaged package also usually voids the insurance covering that consignment.
