"Great value, excellent quality, fantastic service. After extensive research and test riding numerous brands I decided on Fishaw as it seemed to offer great specifications at a good price. Initially I was wary about purchasing online and unseen but after reading many excellent reviews I took the plunge. The staff at Fishaw were outstanding and answered my numerous questions promptly and in detail. My partner and I purchased 2 bikes, a UB600 and a UB400. They were easy to assemble using the detailed and clear online instructions. I am impressed by their build quality at a reasonable price whereas similar quality bikes from other brands started at $4000. The gears shift smoothly and are easy to use, the handlebar display is detailed with a large clear colour screen and I love the integrated lights. The seat is very comfortable and riding position excellent with easy adjustment for the height and position of the handlebars and seat. Riding the bike is a pleasure with multiple combinations of the gears and 5 power levels. I am 70 years old and cruise along varying terrain of flat and hills at about 20-25 km/hr often reaching 40km/hr on slight downhills. Previously on my pedal bike the hills and head wind were a challenge and discouraged me from riding too far but now I simply increase the power and adjust the gears and cruise along at a good pace. I am impressed that you can vary the power output to suit the effort you want to exert so you can set the power to one or zero when you want a work out or bump it up get along fast with little effort. As you can see I am impressed with my choice and highly recommend Fishaw to prospective purchasers."

"Very pleased with my ebike! I purchased my fishaw UB400 2 months ago and I have been riding it to work regularly. Before deciding to buy the fishaw I went to a few bike shops and tested some ebikes and spent a lot of time on line. I really couldn’t find anything in a bricks and mortar store that offered everything I wanted and didn’t cost the earth. I kept coming back to the Fishaw and decided to go for it. I was a bit nervous at buying it online sight unseen. But since it arrived and I’ve been using it I have no regrets. Firstly it was very easy to put together and the instructions were amazing. Well done to whoever put them together because they are fantastic. I live in a very hilly area with some long steep hills to climb and this ebike has made riding to work a dream! I love everything about it! The display is terrific and easy to use. The bike is a great fit for me, and I was worried it could be a little small as I’m 175cm tall, but I needn’t have been concerned. The seat is also one of the most comfortable bike seats I’ve ever ridden on. I’m not a usual bike rider and have had no soreness at all. The lights are great, the reflective tyres are great, the rear rack is great (and I have attached a large basket to it no problems), the brakes are great, the handle grips are great. I also have the Fishaw phone mount and can charge my phone from the display unit as I’m riding! And I do think it’s a very smart looking bike. I honestly can’t fault it."

I spent many hours researching and trying different makes of E bike and even though I had not ridden a Fishaw E bike, everything about them showed a great deal of thought had gone into them, from design to value for money. Brakes efficient, gear change smooth and motor has plenty of torque. Suspension really comfortable and easy to adjust. Setting up the bike from the box was easy, even for a relative cycling novice.
